1. Introduction
International Foundation for Management and Organisational Research (IFMOR) provides selective open access to International Journal of Management and Organisational Research (IJMOR) content to advance knowledge dissemination while ensuring publication sustainability.
Volume 1 (2026 onwards) remains under subscription model to support rigorous peer review, professional production, and long-term digital preservation as a Section 8 non-profit research foundation (CIN: U72200ME2026NPL473711).
2. Archival Access Policy
Once ISSN approved and Volume 1 published (expected Q4 2026), IFMOR commits to making archival content (2+ years old) freely accessible for non-commercial academic use.
Future Archival Content Definition:
All IJMOR articles published prior to current year + 2 years.
Access: PDF download without subscription/payment.
3. Current Content Access
Active Volumes (March 2026 onwards) accessible via:
Institutional Subscriptions
Individual Article Purchase (post-acceptance APC model)
Author Copies (3 print copies to all co-authors per policy)
4. Copyright and Licensing
IFMOR retains exclusive copyright over all published content covering:

Open Access Content (future archives): Licensed for non-commercial research/education use only. Commercial reproduction prohibited.
5. Author Rights and Self-Archiving
Authors may self-archive:
Pre-print (prior to peer review)
Accepted manuscript (post-acceptance, pre-typeset)
Conditions:
Include proper citation to IJMOR published version
Link to DOI/stable URL
Acknowledge IFMOR copyright
Publisher version (final typeset) remains exclusive to journal platform.
