PURPOSE
This policy outlines the Article Processing Charge (APC) framework adopted by International Foundation for Management and Organisational Research (IFMOR) to support sustainable publication of International Journal of Management and Organisational Research (IJMOR). APC covers editorial, peer review, production, hosting, and indexing costs while maintaining rigorous academic standards.
SCOPE
This APC policy applies exclusively to IJMOR published by IFMOR (CIN: U72200ME2026NPL473711). As a Section 8 non-profit research foundation, all revenue supports journal operations and research dissemination.

APC AMOUNT
INR 1,500 (Indian authors) | USD $35 (International authors)
Important: APC payable ONLY AFTER double-blind peer review acceptance and final revisions. No submission fees or hidden charges.
WAIVER AND DISCOUNT POLICY
IFMOR supports inclusive research through limited waivers:
Full/partial waivers for research scholars from public institutions (special cases only)
Discounts for editorial board members and frequent reviewers
Waiver requests must be submitted at initial submission to: editor@ifmor.org
REFUND POLICY
APCs non-refundable post-publication. Articles withdrawn/retracted for ethical violations after acceptance receive no refund.
INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Invoice emailed to Corresponding Author post-acceptance
Payment due within 15 calendar days
Bank transfer only
Publication delayed if payment overdue
TRANSPARENCY AND EDITORIAL INTEGRITY
APC payment does NOT influence editorial/peer review decisions
All decisions based solely on scholarly merit
IFMOR adheres to COPE, DOAJ, and UGC-CARE ethical standards
